Everything from our call,
in four pieces.

How to read this page
Four pieces, in the order they matter. Each one explains what it is and how it works. The pricing sits together near the end, on one screen. Nothing here is a surprise; it is our call, written down.

01 / The machineWhat has to exist before anything can run.

A member's whole journey is a chain of small mechanical steps: they see a static, they land on a page, they create a profile, an email goes out, a status changes, a payment happens, access provisions itself. Any link that a human has to touch by hand becomes the bottleneck for everything behind it. So before a dollar of ad spend moves, the chain gets built end to end.

This map is that chain. Purple bands are the stages of a member's life. Rectangles are pages, emails and automations. Diamonds are decisions the system makes on its own. The left half is how a stranger becomes a free member and then a paying one; the right half is how a paying member stays. Open it full size and follow any path; every box is something we build.

CRM

GoHighLevel, staged. Every member state on the map exists as a lead status and lifecycle stage, tagged by the campaign and creative that produced it.

Pages

Landing, offer, checkout. The free-profile page and the offer page on the thank-you moment, with your price plugged in the day you lock it.

Nurture

The 12-day engine, then the weekly drop. Behavior decides the path: locked-feed clicks mark hot leads, checkout abandons get a recovery pair, 60 days of silence triggers hygiene.

Payments

Stripe, wired for the boring failures. Entry and subscription products, failed-payment retries, cancel flow with exit survey and a 30-day win-back.

Community

Kajabi, provisioned automatically. Purchase grants access with nobody touching anything, on a clean exportable schema for the day you build your own platform.

Social

ManyChat capture. The comment-PAID automation and follow-gate, so organic posts turn into profiles instead of likes.

Dials

One dashboard. Profiles per day, cost per profile, free-to-paid rate, recurring revenue. The numbers we read together in piece 02.

Yours

Delivered as your snapshot. The whole build lives in your GoHighLevel account. If we ever part ways, the machine stays with you, documented and running.

02 / The trafficNow we get loud, and the members start arriving.

Paid social in 2026 rewards exactly the brand you designed. Targeting has gone algorithmic; the ad itself is the strategy now, and the agencies winning right now win on one thing: how much good creative they can test, and how fast they can learn from it. Most brands need a studio, a shoot and three weeks to make ten ads. Your ad is a sentence on a colored square. You can out-test companies that outspend you a hundred to one, and you knew that before we did; it is why you designed the brand this way. This piece is built to cash that advantage in, in two halves: we generate your ads at scale, and we manage everything.

First half · your words become ads, at scale
1

Your bank is the strategy, and we treat it that way

You know what the lines should say; you have been on the brand side of this market for years. Every line you write gets tagged by angle: the irreverent ones, the role-specific ones (your CFO line), the timing ones (LinkedIn's marketplace opening). That tagging matters, because it means we learn which ANGLE wins, not just which ad, and every week of spend makes the whole bank smarter.

2

The generation engine renders volume no studio can match

We build the system that turns your spreadsheet into finished statics: your colors, your type, one line per ad, every format Meta and TikTok take. Dozens of fresh ads enter the account every single week, hundreds over the sprint. Write ten new lines on a Tuesday and they are live creative by Thursday. You never open a design tool.

3

Winners breed, they do not just win

When a line works, it gets iterated: same line in new colors, new lines from the same angle, the winning angle pushed into new formats. Losers die in days, not weeks. Every batch passes you for a yes before it runs, so the voice stays exactly yours.

Second half · we manage everything
4

The foundation, set up right the first time

Ad accounts, Meta and TikTok pixels, and server-side conversion signals wired in, so the algorithms see every profile created, not just what the browser reports. Campaign structure is consolidated and broad: budget concentrated so learning finishes fast, the platforms' own targeting doing the finding while your profile creations train it. This setup decides how expensive every member is for months, and it is the part most people get wrong.

5

Watched every day

Spend pacing checked daily against caps you set, so a runaway ad set never eats a week of budget overnight. Disapprovals and delivery drops fixed the same day. Comments on the ads moderated, because a brand this loud collects replies and they are part of the show. And no restructuring on a hunch: campaigns stay stable so learning completes, and every change has a number behind it.

6

Scaled every week, with a retargeting layer underneath

Winners scale in measured budget steps so the algorithm never resets. Underneath the cold traffic, retargeting runs on your pixel audiences: people who engaged but never made a profile, and members who started checkout and stopped, each with their own message. As paid joins accumulate, optimization graduates from profile creation to purchases, which is when cost per member really starts falling.

7

Reported like you are in the room, because you are

Your dashboard runs live: profiles per day, cost per profile, free-to-paid rate, spend pacing, which lines and angles are winning. One working session a week where we read it together and set the next week's moves. Day 30 closes with the full accounting: total spend, cost per member, the winning angles, and a month-two plan projected at three budget levels. Then it is your call: month to month, or stop.

Your spend never touches our fee: it goes straight to Meta and TikTok on your own accounts, you set the number, and you can look at it any hour of any day. Your only job in this piece is the one you told us you wanted: keep writing the lines. Everything else here is why you never think about the rest.

03 / The media kitThe page that closes their deals, and keeps them renewing.

When a member pitches a brand, they need something to send: who they are, what they know, what they have worked on, what they are like to work with. That page is their media kit, and you called the mechanics exactly right on our call: once a member closes deals with that link, canceling means losing the link. It is the strongest retention anchor in the whole product.

It also markets the network by itself. Every kit carries the No Booty Shaking mark, so every pitch a member sends shows a brand where the member came from.

How a kit is born · zero hands involved
1

The questionnaire, designed with you

We build it together before a line of code: the questions, what is required and what is optional, and the data sources it pulls from beyond the answers themselves, like the brands a member lists and the wins they post in the community. You have spent years on the brand side of these pitches; this is where that knowledge becomes the product.

2

The member fills it out once

Inside their member area, at their own pace: a photo, their expertise, the brands they have worked with, the formats they are comfortable making. Day-one onboarding points them straight at it, because piece 01 already wired that path.

3

The engine fires the moment they finish

A trigger catches the completed questionnaire, the page renders in your design system, and the member gets their own permanent link on your domain. No queue, no designer, no waiting, no hands.

4

They pitch with it, and it markets you

Every kit carries the No Booty Shaking mark, so every pitch a member sends shows a brand where that member came from. The link gets written back to their CRM record, and every kit open is logged, which means you can see when a brand is looking at one of your members.

5

It stays alive on its own

New deal closed, new win posted, answers updated: the page regenerates. The link a member gave a brand last month is always current, which is exactly why nobody cancels the membership that powers it.

What the build includes
01

The designed page template. Your brand system end to end, mobile-first, instant to load, built to look expensive in a brand manager's inbox.

02

The questionnaire and data model. Designed with you, wired into GoHighLevel and Kajabi so it reads and writes the same member record as everything else.

03

The generation engine. Trigger-driven rendering, unique permanent links on your domain, automatic regeneration whenever a member updates.

04

View tracking. Every kit open logged against the member record. When the brand side switches on in piece 04, this is a list of brands already looking.

05

Hosting in your own accounts. The kits live on your domain and cost pennies a month to run, billed to you direct with no markup.

06

Handed over, owned. The code, the deployment and the access are yours, documented. No lock-in, no black box, same rule as the funnel.

And treat this page as a canvas, not a spec. Verified-member badges. Kit themes by niche. A version tailored to each brand a member pitches. One-click case studies built from community wins. If you can describe it, we can build it, and you already know our rule from the call: do not filter yourself. Bring the version you are actually imagining and we will build that one.

04 / The brand sideThe other half of the marketplace, when the first half is real.

Creators join for opportunities. The opportunities come from brands. Reaching those brands is outbound, and it is the work Charm does all day: finding the right companies, writing to them in a voice they answer, and handing the conversations to you.

Your instinct on the call was the right play: people already engaging with LinkedIn posts about AI discoverability and thought-leader ads are warm before anyone writes to them. The message is soft because it can be: you need more trusted voices, we have them, happy to help. Behind it sits your own credential, years of running creator programs for brands and eight figures paid out through them.

The honest reason this piece waits: the pitch to brands is only as strong as the profiles behind it. Pieces 01 and 02 create those members first. When the creator side proves, we scope this together as its own engagement, sized to what the network looks like by then.

05 / What happens nextThree steps, and the first one is this week.

01

We lock the price point, walk the map together box by box, and pick up account access and assets as we go. Bring the tagline spreadsheet; it goes into the creative engine that day.

02
